Oceanic Expeditions Inc. a New York Corporation was formed on February 25, 2004 for the purpose of recovering shipwrecks having monetary, historical and archaeological significance, Oceanic has aquired intellectural property related to the specific locations of several potentially valuable shipwrecks. It is in the company's interest to exploit these opportunities to the benefit of its shareholders, historians and our affiliated company.
